Each and every summer, BCBA employs the finest college aged young people in America as members of our Summer Staff. Summer staff positions are an incredible opportunity to serve our most awesome God, have fun, make new friends and best of all you get paid for it! Our team works hard to carry out our mission by providing support services for our guests with life changing youth programming. As a summer staffer, you get to work hard, play hard, get dirty, sweat a lot, serve a lot, lead others and each other, participate, facilitate, cooperate, educate, inspire and encourage thousands of kids on their journey to encounter Jesus Christ each summer.

Summer Ministry Team
Thank you for taking some time to check us out! If you are interested in becoming part of the Summer Ministry Team (SMT), you will find the information below about the application process. The application process requires several submissions including: An application & 3 Reference Forms from a teacher/professor, pastor or minister, coach, etc. (no parents are to fill out this evaluation, thanks!) |
After you submit your application, we will contact you to set up an interview. From there we will provide you with all the information you will need in order to prepare for this summer!
Full Time Staff.
These people are an irreplaceable part of what we do at BCBA, and we consider them to be one of the greatest assets. They do everything from landscaping, maintenance, cleaning dorms, and serving meals in our Dining Hall. They truly see this as a ministry and not just a job. This is extremely tough work involving long days and sometimes menial tasks, but it is also extremely rewarding. The impact made in the lives of campers, as well as the lifelong friendships developed with campers make it well worth it!
