Whether it is our summer camps or a weekend retreat, our goal here at Big Country is to meet your groups needs. Everything from our great home-cookin menu, wonderful facilities, beautiful campus with big shade trees a long the Clear Fork of the Brazos and gorgeous new Rec Pond, to our ready-to-serve attitudes and hearts when you arrive at the gate, we are here for you!

Over the years, we have served a variety of groups: Church, Men’s, Women’s, College, Fraternities/Sororities, Children, Youth, Couples, Singles, Sr. Adults, and many more. We offer an opportunity for them to come to a secluded place in order to experience our Great God and to enjoy the fellowship with one another.

If you are ready to book a retreat or conference for your group, check our available dates and then fill out our Reservation Request Form. Understand that this request is a 14 day agreement between the camp and group and is not finalized until we receive the signed Reservation Agreement with the deposit to ensure your spot. Please be specific in the suggested fields in order for us to understand your full request. Upon submitting this request, our office staff will be contacting you with further questions and will then send you the agreements via fax or mail. We look forward to working with you and being able to serve you and your group!
